One on One Personal Training: Get the very best of me as I focus all of my attention on you. Following an initial assessment of goals and history, we will make a plan for success for you! I will personalize your workouts and give you goal-oriented, level-appropriate workouts to get you where you want to be. Following each workout, you will receive a written rundown of what we’ve done. With a strong focus on overall form and function, learn all the tools to become your best you!
Small Group Training: In groups composed of between 2 and 3 people, semi-private training is a more affordable option with all the benefits of private training only shared with a group. Participants needn’t be the same skill or fitness level; modifications for varying skills and injuries are always available.
Nutritional Counseling: Whether you are looking for breakfast ideas, a list of healthy snacks, or recipes and meal plans I am here to help. Since each individual has a varied set of needs and requests, pricing depends on what you are looking for. Contact me for details!
Please print, sign, and bring Jules’ Waiver to your first training session! Also, please be aware before signing the waiver that I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot come to individual or small group training, please let me know within 24 hours or I will have to charge you for the hour. The reason for this policy has to do with scheduling, but it also has to do with holding my clients accountable. I always do my very best to reschedule clients in the event of a cancellation however it is never a guarantee.
Individual: 1 one hour session: $75
Small Group: one hour session for 2 people: $105 hour
Small Group: one hour session for 3 people: $125 hour
* All sessions can take place at the local studio in Acton, or at your home. There may be additional travel costs based on distance.
