Small Group Training Classes: Come have the most productive hour of your day! These hour-long classes are an intense workout using dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes and other kinds of new and interesting equipment. These full body classes combine challenging aerobic endurance with weight training will leave you spent and strong! All levels welcome. Limit 5 people to a class.
Cost: $25 drop-in, $175 for 10 class pack
Tread Tabata: Tread Tabata is a high intensity 45 minute interval class incorporating treadmill, weights and floor exercises for maximum burn. A 45 minute intense interval class focused on full fat burn. 2 person maximum. Tread Tabata classes are a two person maximum and we request that you enroll with a partner. If you cannot find one, please let us know and we will work to pair you with one.
Cost: $25 drop-in, $200 for 10 class pack
Maynard No Excuse Mom Group: Join us once a week and meet with other women who want to be healthy! We have free, regular meetups, typically Sunday mornings at either 7:30 a.m. or 10 a.m. We are based off of Maria Kang and her No Excuse Program. We promote and encourage you to find balance in your personal life, to embrace clean eating in moderation, to challenge your body to its own limits – and to have fun being the best version of you!
